We’re hiring on behalf of an expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Maidenhead that is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Assist in the delivery of IT projects, both remotely and onsite
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
  • Manage system builds, deployments, and routine maintenance
  • Deliver excellent client service by understanding needs and resolving issues promptly
  • About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP environment
  • Full driving licence (site visits required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workloads and solve technical problems independently
  • Working knowledge of: Active Directory, Windows Server (2012+), Windows 10+ Microsoft 365 and Office administration Intune and Entra (formerly Azure AD) Networking: DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, email configuration System builds, deployments, and maintenance best practices
