What you will do The role of the onsite Service engineer for a large blue chip company covering 6 sites across Bristol, South Wales, Devon & Cornwall. You will provide technical support on Bosch CCTV, Lenel Access Control systems and other Integrated systems to deliver a service that meets the requirements of the design specification while remaining sensitive to costs and service delivery timescales. How you will do it You will assist in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level security systems. Assisting the blue-chip client with face-to-face interaction regarding clients technical queries and support on their in-house projects. Ensure the system is serviced and functions in accordance with all relevant industry standards and that activities comply with customer and company health and safety procedures.
