Onsite Service Engineer Security What you will do The role of the onsite Service engineer for a high-profile commercial client in Bristol. Provide technical support on CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control systems and Fence Line Detection to deliver service that meets the requirements of the design specification while remaining sensitive to costs and service delivery timescales. How you will do it Review of system design prior to service works and highlighting of any apparent technical, functional or compatibility issues. Position will involve supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level security systems. Assisting the client with face-to-face interaction regarding clients technical queries and support on their in-house projects. Ensure the system is serviced and functions in accordance with all relevant industry standards and comply with customer and company health and safety procedures. Commission and configure systems to meet the design specification and customer requirements. Provide technical troubleshooting expertise and manufacturer liaison when required. Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance and ensuring all relevant documents are passed to the Program Manager. Act as the single point of contact to organise on-site activities.
