You'll cover sites across Essex, North Kent, and the wider South East, with occasional travel (once every 1-2 weeks) to the Basingstoke Head Office to collect stock and connect with the team.ResponsibilitiesRepairing faults on Warden Call, Social Alarms, and Door Access systemsCarrying out technical surveys and annual servicing on systems and schemesLiaising directly with clients to resolve issuesWorking closely with the Service Manager and Head of Service to meet SLAsAccurately recording job details and completion notesReporting operational problems promptly to managementCommunicating effectively with clients, coordinators, and internal teamsMaintaining accurate admin records and compliance with health & safety proceduresTaking care of your vehicle and stock to meet client demandsWhat We're Looking ForA clean UK driving licenceJunior role: 6-12 months' experience in a service/engineering roleExperienced role: 3+ years' proven experience in the fieldBackground in electrical engineering, fire alarm maintenance, door access control, or security alarm systemsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesFlexible attitude to cover 1 in 4 on-call rota (with on-call bonus)PrerequisitesThis role involves daily travel across the South of England, and driving forms a significant part of the job.To be eligible to drive a company vehicle, you must:Be aged 21 or overHave held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 monthsHave no more than 3 penalty points on your licencePlease note: all roles are subject to DBS/Security checks before or upon commencement of employment.The PackageCompetitive salary: £27,000 - £40,000 DOEOn-call allowance & overtime opportunitiesCompany vehicle, tools, and uniform providedOngoing training and career progression in a rapidly expanding businessWhy Apply? youll be part of a supportive team that values your input, offers real progression, and works on a variety of systems across the South East.
