Service Engineer | Ipswich, Suffolk | Full Time | £36,000 – £45,000 plus Overtime & Benefits Our client is a market leader in world-class slitting and rewinding machinery, with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. Based in Ipswich, Suffolk, they are looking to recruit a skilled Service/Installation Engineer to join their busy International Machine Support Department. Are you the right person for the job? Proven experience in production machine service/installation Electro-mechanical engineering background Strong knowledge of PLCs, AC drive controls, and machine controls Experience within the Converting Industry (advantageous but not essential) Based locally in Ipswich or nearby, with the ability to be factory-based when not travelling What will your role look like? Installing, servicing, and supporting production machinery worldwide Carrying out mechanical engineering tasks, servicing, and repairs Working with PLCs, AC drive controls, and machine controls Travelling internationally regularly while also being factory-based when not on site What can you expect in return?
