Location: Covering sites within ~40 miles of your home (London, Oxford, Ipswich, Chelmsford & surrounding areas)

Salary: £50,000

£60,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Hybrid BMW 330e

Hours: Monday

Friday, 8:30am5pm (37.5 hrs/week) + paid lunch

Were seeking three experienced BMS Service Engineers to join a leading UK building controls specialist. Due to growth and a few recent team changes, theres now an urgent need for skilled engineers to service and maintain building management systems across the South. Youll be given a dedicated patch within ~40 miles of home, reducing travel time and giving you a great work-life balance. What Youll Be Doing

Service, test, and calibrate BMS products and control elements (sensors, valves, dampers, etc.) Operate, interrogate, and fault-find on BMS control panels & software (including DDC controls) Diagnose and repair panels, instrumentation, actuators, and associated plant Perform controller changes, control panel modifications, and small upgrades Carry out plant and control condition surveys Prepare accurate maintenance and survey reports Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and service quality What Were Looking For

Must-Haves: 2+ years experience in BMS servicing on at least one of: Distech, Delta, Schneider, Trend, or Tridium Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Confident working independently and on client sites Nice-to-Haves: Niagara or IQ Vision experience Multi-system knowledge across BMS platforms Why Join Us?
