Scope of the Role As a Service Callout Engineer at KLEEMANN UK Group, you will be responsible for attending emergency breakdowns and restoring lift operations safely and efficiently. With three of our current engineers moving to a new project, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing service team and make an immediate impact in the field.
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency callouts and lift breakdowns in your designated area Diagnose, repair, and implement immediate solutions to restore lift service Perform minor adjustments and temporary repairs when necessary Complete accurate service documentation and reports Communicate effectively with the office team and clients to provide updates and ensure satisfact...
