This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in heating systems, particularly in residential and commercial settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction through expert servicing and fault resolution. You’ll be responsible for: * Installing, servicing, and repairing heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating * Performing routine maintenance checks * Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions * Advising clients on system upgrades or replacements * Ensuring correct setup and configuration of heat meters and data systems (e.g., M-Bus, wireless networks) * Maintaining accurate records of work and materials * Complying with health and safety regulations * Staying current with industry trends and regulations We’re looking for someone with: * NVQ Level 2/3 in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent * Proven experience with heating system installation and maintenance * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Confidence in engaging with residents in person and by phone * Familiarity with communal/district heating systems and HIUs * Proficiency in using iPads for reporting and documentation * Valid driving licence preferred * Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards * Excellent written communication skills for technical reporting Apply now
