Day Shift Engineer City of London £45,000 - £50,000

Excellent opportunity with a leading building services provider, based at a prominent commercial property in the heart of the City of London. Our client is well-regarded for investing in their engineers, offering clear pathways for career progression and ongoing training to support professional development. This position follows a 4 on, 4 off day shift schedule and forms part of an on-site engineering team.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, emergency response, and remedial works. Candidates must be fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical disciplines, holding City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 certifications.

Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power Motors Generators (on/off load tests) LV/HV Shutdowns Emergency Lighting Fire Alarm Test AHUs FCUs VAVs CRAC units Heat Exchangers Minor Plumbing Works Tap Temperatures Sprinkler Systems Pumps Water Treatment Pressurisation Units BMS Operations Requirements:
