OverviewShift Engineer (Electrical Bias) – £51,000 – Lichfield. Panama Shift Pattern – 12-hour days & nights, rotating. This is an electrical bias role, but youll still need to get your hands dirty with the mechanical side. Its a mix of planned maintenance and “its just broken, fix it now” moments.
