Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and supervise a team of shift engineers and technicians during your shift.
Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance and compliance.
Liaise with the FM leadership team, client representatives, and third-party contractors.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks within shift and ensure documentation is completed.
Technical (HVAP):
Act as
Authorised Person (AP)
for
High Voltage (HV)
systems, ensuring all works are carried out in line with safety rules and permit-to-work systems.
Carry out switching operations, isolations, and issuing of safety documents for HV systems.
Respond to and lead the resolution of technical issues including alarms, breakdowns, and emergency repairs.
Maintain critical systems such as HV/LV distribution, UPS, Generators, Chillers, HVAC, BMS, and Fire Systems.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, health & safety, and company procedures.
Complete all risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and permits accurately.
Monitor and report on energy usage and environmental performance as required.
Planned & Reactive Maintenance:
Oversee the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
Ensure accurate and timely logging of tasks into CAFM system.
Carry out regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
