The Company
360 Recruitment are currently working with a leading construction sub contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced site engineer with or without their own kit for a minimum of 6 weeks working on a new build housing site close to Grantham from the 28th July 2025. The successful candidate will be working for a modern, forward thinking business that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the Company's success.

They work in the drainage, groundworks and housing sector across the construction industry including health, education, commercial, residential and student accommodation projects.
The freelance Site Engineer Role
Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager and site based Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the site engineer's duties on a daily basis for the project.
