CAREER OPPORTUNITY – YEARLY SALARY UP TO £70,000 P.A, DERBY BASED, SITE ENGINEER ROLE, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS CONTRACTOR, PERMERNANT ROLE.

An opportunity for an experience Residential Groundworks and Civil Engineering Site Engineer to join a Large East Midlands based Residential Groundworks Company based in the Derby. The client is seeking a Site Engineer to join their operational team. All projects are Localised in the East Midlands.

Duties:
• Setting out
• Photo-based dilapidation survey
• Topography survey
• Providing technical guidance to the site team
• Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
• Quality Assurance
• Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey
• Street works applications
• Cross checking CAD information

Requirements:
Experience in Residential Groundworks & Civil Engineering
Experience as a Site Engineer
Ability to commute in and around the East Midlands

Remuneration:
Up to £70,000 p.a
Car Allowance / Company Car
