This is a 34-week contract, and ideally, we are seeking candidates based locally or within a commutable distance.Requirements:Previous experience on refurbishment or structural alteration projectsStrong setting out and surveying skillsProficient with instruments (e.g. Total Station, AutoCAD)Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure works are carried out accuratelyStrong understanding of site safety and quality standardsSMSTS or SSSTS (preferred but not essential)Responsibilities:Setting out for structural and groundworks including:Steel columns and beamsFoundationsConcrete slabs and upper floor concretingCoordinating with the Site Manager and subcontractorsMonitoring and reporting on quality assurance and complianceMaintaining site records and drawingsAssisting in the management of design information and technical queriesThis is a great opportunity to be part of a technically interesting refurb scheme involving:Demolition & soft stripStructural alterationsSteelworkStone/blockworkIf you're an experienced Site Engineer looking for your next contract and available from 14/09/2025, we’d like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
