OverviewAbatec is assisting a highly regarded Civil Engineering contractor with the recruitment of a permanent Site Engineer. Our client has long standing relations with national house builders and provide groundworks packages on large volume housing developments across Devon and Cornwall. With a turnover in excess of £80 million, our client can offer stability and security of work.ResponsibilitiesHave experience of large volume housing schemes.Be the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on site.Provide levelling and surveying across site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.RequirementsValid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations/GPS and/or machine controlA good understanding of construction health & safety protocols.Excellent communication skills.HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.Understanding of AutoCADSalary and benefits£35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus packageHow to applyIf you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Kelly Evans.
