You’ll be responsible for taking ownership of our existing and new Infrastructure, deploying and releasing into new regions as we expand Globally and you'll be working with an International team!Your Day-to-dayPlanning and securely deploying into new regionsImproving all aspects of our AWS infrastructureMonitoring all releases making sure they're smoothManaging multiple K8s clustersSearching new tech, and having the opportunity to implement them with the teamOur stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Security, Python etcYou should apply if you have4+ years experience in a SRE or DevOps position, or if you're a Software Engineer looking to transition then that's also great!You're a veteran in AWS technologiesExperience deploying and releasing into new regionsYou've managed multiple Kubernetes clusters in commercial environmentsMonitoring and logging massive environmentsOur interview process involves 3 main stages:Hackerrank test (Maximum of 90 minutes)A call with a member of our Talent teamFinal interview with our SRE team (You’ll meet with 3 engineers on separate occasions for 45 minutes each)We can confidently say that we have a feedback loop of 24-48 hours on all stages, so you’ll never be left in the dark when you’re in process with us.What’s In It For You Sporty is a 100% remote company in continuation of our sustainability pledge We have x4 bonuses every year️ 28 days PTO Our core working hours are 10am-3pm your local time zone with flexibility outside of this Annual company retreats We want our teams to perform as best they can, so we'll set you up with a MacbookSporty is independently managed and financed, meaning we don’t have arbitrary shareholder or VC targets to cater to.
