OverviewHCLTech Burgess Hill, England, United KingdomSite Reliability EngineerHCLTech is a global technology company with a presence in 60 countries, delivering capabilities in digital, engineering, cloud and AI, powered by a broad portfolio of technology services and products.We work with clients across major verticals, providing industry solutions and helping organizations scale with mission-critical platforms.ResponsibilitiesSite Reliability Engineering for production support of a mission-critical tokenization platform.Manage production support for mission-critical platforms; implement and follow ITSM processes for incident handling.Write automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Go.Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters in production; operate and troubleshoot OpenShift environments.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native apps.Monitor and alert using Splunk or ELF; query and tune Postgres or Oracle databases.Develop and debug REST APIs for platform integration.Support Java and Vert.x based microservices in production.Manage Couchbase clusters and optimize performance.Monitor and resolve issues in Postgres/Oracle databases.QualificationsProgramming - Java, Vert.x, Python, Shell Scripting, GO, RESTTechnical skills include production support management, ITSM incident handling, automation scripting, and cloud-native application development.Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD, monitoring/alerting, and database querying/tuning.EmploymentEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: AssociateJob function: OtherIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
