As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of building smarter systems — leveraging IBM tools (SevOne & CP4AIOps), AWS, and automation to keep critical services running at scale.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience with IBM tools – SevOne & CP4AIOps
• Proficiency in Python & Bash scripting
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Telecom sector background is a big plus

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve SevOne dashboards (panels) for clear insights
• Define and fine-tune alarm policies in SevOne
• Ingest and manage CSV files for KPI tracking
• Create scripts to aggregate, automate, and send KPI data
• Manage alarms, logs, and tickets in CP4AIOps
• Collaborate across teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation
