OverviewSenior AV Installation Engineer position opened due to client projects and a full order book. Requires 3–5 years of experience in the custom installation marketplace. You will work on bespoke AV projects delivered to high-end residential clients. Projects are in and around the Nottinghamshire area, so local candidates are preferred. You will be a client-facing engineer who can take charge on site and manage junior engineers within your team. You will be proficient with paperwork and have strong skills with wiring diagrams, installation schematics, and rack build drawings. Hands-on skills for both 1st fix and 2nd fix should be exemplary. It would be ideal to have commissioning, configuration, and basic programming skills for Crestron Home, Control4, and Lutron; please highlight these in your CV and applications. ResponsibilitiesLead on-site as a client-facing engineer and manage junior engineers on the project.Handle documentation, paperwork, and site administration with accuracy.Perform 1st fix and 2nd fix installation tasks with hands-on capability.Assist with commissioning, configuration, and basic programming of Crestron Home, Control4, and Lutron where applicable.
