Overview

This is a Hertfordshire-based hybrid role with travel to client sites. The position focuses on software applications for live events, supporting accreditation, access control, and security for major global events. Your work will directly impact high-profile live events by enabling efficient operations, safety, and on-the-ground delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize systems using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate client needs into software solutions.
• Rapid prototyping and testing of systems and features.
• Support live sports and entertainment events.
• Travel with the team to meet clients onsite to support major events and system rollouts (approximately 25% annually) with all expenses covered.

Requirements

• Customer-facing communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced, real-world deployments.
• Experience or interest in live events, sports, or entertainment is a strong plus.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel (1–2 weeks at a time, including internationally).
• A valid passport and willingness to travel as required.
