Software Development Engineer in Test II

Be part of developing wide-reaching solutions. As a Software Development Engineer in Test II, you will design and implement automated testing processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues to ensure reliable software solutions.
• Improve internal processes and systems on a consistent basis.
• Think about and build highly available, scalable, secure, performant and distributed systems.
• Demonstrate experience in coding and test automation in Python and Golang.
• Leverage automation tools and frameworks such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Work with Linux, networking, microservices, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Measure system performance and prevent performance regressions.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Good understanding of systems programming (GNU/Linux) and networking concepts.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go (or a similar language).
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing of containers, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
• Experience with agile work environments.
• Ability to write organized, efficient, and well-documented code.
