Responsibilities

• Join a product-based squad within a larger engineering function and be involved in all aspects of the product you work on, from ideation through to deployment and maintenance.
• Each squad decides the methodologies and practices they use, and the business has created an experimental culture, following a build, measure and learn approach to get quick feedback and deliver valuable increments.
• The existing group values teamwork and engineering best practices such as TDD and Pair Programming.
