Overview

Software Engineer (Full Stack Rails) – motorsports and activity industry. The company is expanding and hiring to support a new US client; two Rails Engineers are being sought.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications as part of a small team.
• Collaborate with a team of software engineers; contribute to a full-stack Rails product with Bootstrap for the UI. They are open to adopting Hotwire in the future, but it is not a short-term goal; Bootstrap experience is a plus.
• Work on areas such as booking management, marketing automation, registration and consent forms, and timing systems.
• You would not be expected to work on the .NET part of the platform.

Qualifications

• Mid-Senior level with strong Ruby on Rails expertise.
• Remote in the United Kingdom with quarterly meet-ups.
• Experience with Bootstrap; knowledge of Hotwire is a plus but not required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £75k (base pay range provided; actual pay based on skills and experience).
• Benefits include 25 days off, standard pension, remote work, co-work contribution; a bonus scheme is being considered as the team and business grow.
