About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to join our client’s technology team and play a pivotal role in the design, development and migration of Siebel CRM solutions. You will be responsible for enhancing existing systems, delivering robust integrations with external applications and supporting large-scale migration projects as part of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and develop Siebel CRM applications to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Support migration projects, including data migration, environment upgrades and platform transitions.
  • Deliver robust integrations between Siebel and third-party systems using Siebel EAI, web services, APIs and middleware.
  • Customise Siebel objects (Applets, Views, Business Components, Workflows, eScript, VB) to extend system functionality.
  • Participate across the full SDLC: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Provide documentation, best practice guidance, and technical support to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Siebel Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configuration, and scripting (eScript, VB).
  • Practical experience with Siebel migrations (upgrades, data migration, environment refresh).
  • Expertise in Siebel integrations using EAI, web services (SOAP/REST), APIs or MQ.
  • Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Siebel 24.X+
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD or cloud-based deployments.
