Senior Software Engineer | AI-Driven Fintech | Rate £400-£500 | Outside

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, mission-led fintech that's changing how people and businesses deal with debt - blending cutting-edge AI with a deeply human approach.

They've already helped millions and are now expanding further into European markets after a major acquisition. To support this, they're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team - a small, agile squad building scalable systems to support global roll out.

What you'll do:

  1. Build APIs, ingestion pipelines, and greenfield internal tools
  2. Lead projects while staying hands-on in a high-trust team

What we're looking for:

  1. Strong backend skills and API experience
  2. Clean architecture, TDD, and scalable systems mindset
  3. Self-starter with a passion for impact-driven work

Tech Stack:

Typescript, Javascript, Node.js, AWS, Serverless, PostgreSQL, Redis
