Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to choose the right tools for each challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—focus on understanding tools and applying them effectively.
• Build stuff that matters. You’ll have autonomy and ownership from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing how your code becomes a product used at scale.
• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, or crafting minimalist architectures to enable scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process

Screening assessments to test approach to unfamiliar problems, followed by interviews. We set a high bar and may keep a role open for months or repost it if needed. We prioritize talent and fit for the role.
