The Role
The Developer Experience team at Trilitech is responsible for addressing external developers' challenges by building robust platforms that simplify blockchain integration.

We focus on creating intuitive platforms and practical tools to overcome common hurdles faced by developers. If you are passionate about designing innovative solutions, eager to drive forward the future of Blockchain development, and thrive in a collaborative environment, then you are the kind of person we are looking for.

You will be working with a talented and innovative team dedicated to making it easier for all developers to build on Tezos.

What you’ll do

• Play a key role in shaping the future of blockchain application development.

• Collaborate with your team to enhance core platform features and deliver an outstanding developer experience.

• Demonstrate full accountability by independently overseeing specific project areas from start to finish.

• Design scalable and intuitive solutions that meet the evolving needs of developers.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related experience.

• Strong computer fundamentals (e.g. algorithms, data structures and concurrency)

• Strong logic / mathematical background

• Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience with the Rust programming language.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of working collaboratively in a team setting.

• Familiarity with best practices in software engineering, including version control, code review, and continuous integration.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

• Experience working with JavaScript engines and an understanding of the JS ecosystem is highly desirable
