Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. By working across diverse tech stacks, refine your ability to choose the right tools for every challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust — you’ll demonstrate that true expertise is about purpose, not trendiness.
• Build stuff that matters. You’ll enjoy autonomy and take ownership from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing how your code becomes a product used at scale.
• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures to power scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process

We’ll assess your approach to unfamiliar problems with a set of tests, followed by a series of interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. This role may remain open for an extended period or be reposted.
