Are you a passionate Software Engineer looking to make a real impact? At Car Benefit Solutions, we’re on the lookout for a talented developer to join our dynamic Web Development team.

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain various software applications, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and meet the needs of our clients and internal teams.

You will be involved in the back-end development, working with our Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with our wider Software Services Team to translate user requirements into technical specifications and will proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.

The salary banding for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. The working hours are 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, on a hybrid working pattern with the option to work 2 days in our Office per month following successful probation. As we have a comprehensive induction plan, the expectation of office attendance in the first few months will be greater.

What We’re Looking For Experience with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, Visual Studio) is highly advantageous. Familiarity with WPF, NServiceBus, WebAPI, ASP.NET, AngularJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SASS is a big plus.
