The Opportunity: this is a hands-on role where your code, ideas, and decisions directly shape the product and future of the business.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end
• Contribute ideas and have a real say in technical direction
• Lead projects and grow into a potential technical leadership role as the company scales
• Collaborate with a small but capable technical team to deliver high-quality software

What You’ll Work With

• PHP & Laravel - for building robust, scalable applications
• PostgreSQL - powering data-driven insights
• AWS - for cloud-first development and scaling
• AI & LLMs - hands-on experience is a plus

What’s In It For You

• £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
