Software Engineer (Angular/Kotlin/Springboot) | 6 Month Contract (OIR35) | Hybrid We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to play a key role in developing and evolving a suite of high-performance applications. You'll be working across the entire technology stack, from dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces to robust, scalable backend microservices - helping to deliver impactful releases in an agile, four-week sprint cycle. Location: Coventry (2 days onsite) Contract: 6 Months (OIR35) Rate: £250-300 p/day Start date: ASAP Key Skills: Strong front-end development experience with

Angular .

Proven backend expertise with

Kotlin

and

Spring Boot v3 .

Skilled in designing and maintaining

microservices architectures .

Confident working with

SQL databases

(PostgreSQL, MySQL or equivalent).

Understanding of

RESTful API design

and third-party integrations.

Experience with

testing frameworks , debugging, and performance optimisation.

Familiarity with

AWS, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines

(desirable) Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain

responsive web applications

and

microservices .

Build and optimise

SQL schemas and queries

for performance and scalability.

Integrate APIs and third-party services into core systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design

scalable, maintainable software solutions .

Participate in

code reviews , contributing to team standards and documentation.

Support production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution.

Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience
