We're growing and looking for experienced and successful Solar PV Design Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow our business to help deliver integrated low-carbon solutions across commercial projects. As a Solar PV Design Engineer you will be responsible for designing, optimising, and maintaining solar PV systems, ensuring they meet the unique energy requirements and expectations of our diverse clientele. You will have a deep understanding of solar photovoltaic and ESS systems, including design, engineering, and installation processes. You will utilise your expertise in electrical engineering to create efficient and cost-effective solar and ESS power solutions tailored to client needs while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Additionally, your exceptional communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with both internal stakeholders and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

In accordance with British and MCS standards, design solar PV and ESS systems (commercial) from initial concept through to final engineering drawings, schematics and specifications for both roof and ground mounted systems.
