Overview

Location: London (Hybrid). A global technology group is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to help its operating companies design, prototype, and adopt modern digital solutions. This role blends hands-on engineering with solution design, stakeholder engagement, and emerging technology exploration.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes and PoCs using cloud services, AI tools, and modern frameworks.
• Support multiple businesses in adopting best-practice DevOps, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions.
• Build reusable assets such as templates and reference architectures to accelerate delivery.
• Engage directly with business and technical teams to drive digital adoption.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in software engineering using C# or Python.
• Strong experience with Azure, APIs, and microservices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

Exposure to Power Platform, Generative AI, front-end frameworks, or industrial / physical product environments.
