Role: Solutions Engineer – Digital Transformation

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office: Tue/Wed/Thu)

The Opportunity

Join a forward-thinking Digital Solutions team driving innovation across a diverse group of 40+ companies worldwide. You'll design and prototype cutting-edge solutions using cloud services, AI, VR/AR, and emerging technologies, whilst helping to accelerate digital adoption across the organisation.

This isn't just another engineering role – you'll be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, building proof-of-concepts, developing reusable technical assets, and championing modern development practices across multiple teams and domains.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop innovative POCs and prototypes leveraging Azure, AI services, VR/AR, and Edge AI
  • Support the rollout of in-house Generative AI solutions across the group
  • Create scalable, reusable technical assets including reference architectures and solution templates
  • Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on modern software practices, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years cloud-native development experience (ideally Azure ecosystem)
  • 5+ years software engineering experience with C# and/or Python
  • Strong proficiency in cloud services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Understanding of solution architecture principles and software testing practices
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG techniques, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
  • Microsoft Power Platform expertise
  • Front-end development with React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Exposure to edge computing or VR/AR technologies
