What will you be doing? Responsible for timely fault resolution in line with SLAs and daily administration of Cisco Call Manager platforms. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams via MS Teams, phone, and in person. Adhere strictly to best practices and ensure high-quality service delivery.
