Our young people present with acomplexity of need including developmental trauma,neuro-developmental conditions and special educationalneeds.As part ofa multi-disciplinary clinical team you will be supportingeducational and residential colleagues to provide therapeuticliving and learning environments and, based on clinical assessmentand formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagementto our young people. You’ll also be assessing our young people’smental health and recommend appropriate interventions in apersonalised care plan.
