Location: South/ West Wales Job Type: Permanent Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Reed is partnering with a leading UK energy. This is an opportunity is to join an engineering team as a Staff or Senior Staff Engineer, supporting the pipeline and terminal operations across the Southwest. This is a high role reports directly to the Logistics Engineering Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring asset integrity, regulatory compliance and engineering excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain inspection programs for pipelines and above-ground storage tanks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Manage routine inspection programs, developing repair strategies for defects and setting re-inspection periods using RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) systems. Conduct system design reviews to ensure compliance with national legislation and relevant industry codes and guidelines. Lead assigned maintenance and capital projects related to all aspects of the UK & Ireland fuel storage business. Coordinate and disseminate changes to the pipeline and tank integrity program to appropriate personnel. Act as the SME for asset integrity when dealing with industry regulators.
