You’ll work on cloud-native, event-driven systems at scale — designing, delivering, and optimising solutions that power IoT and SaaS products, analytics, and logistics. Whether you’re Senior-level or ready for a Staff Engineer step-up, this is a role with real impact and technical ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain cloud-native event ingestion and processing systems at scale
• Collaborate in Agile, cross-functional squads with Engineering, Product, and Design
• Shape technical direction across domains and influence engineering best practice
• Design and deliver high-volume data processing pipelines and integrations for next-gen hardware deployments
• Balance rapid iteration with quality, security, and compliance
• Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, uplifting team standards and delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience building production-grade software in an OO language
• Hands-on expertise in event-driven architectures and high-volume data systems
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud services
• A collaborative engineer who thrives on solving complex problems end-to-end
• Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones
• Quick to learn and apply new technologies
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerisation
• Experience with Kafka / Kinesis and streaming data at scale
• Background in service-oriented architectures
