BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Stage 1 Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior Stage 1 engineering experience within BAE Systems, enabling them to hit the ground running.

This position is

not

suitable for Stage 2/Detail Design candidates. Applications without Stage 1 experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge of BAE Stage 1 processes to support ongoing projects. Use ZX and CPA processes, including completing and maintaining associated checklists. Manage and maintain compartment Bill of Materials and part data within Windchill. Act as a Compartment Owner, integrating systems across multiple disciplines and managing dependencies. Review vendor and supplier documentation against specifications to identify compliance and non-compliance.
