Marmon Lift Recruitment is now looking for a Stairlift Reconditioning Engineer to join a dynamic stairlift engineering warehouse in Yorkshire.

Do you want to use your technical knowledge to recondition and process stairlifts in a tidy and process-driven environment?

This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking team where your methodical approach and eye for detail will be highly valued. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reconditioned stairlift stock is ready for deployment to customers around the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Stairlift Reconditioning Engineer:

Dismantling both straight and curved stairlifts for parts and scrap.

*

Identifying and sorting reusable parts for future use.

*

Logging components accurately into the warehouse management system.

*

Keeping a clean, organised engineering warehouse and adhering to health & safety.

*

Disposing of stairlift waste responsibly and adequately.

*

Reconditioning stairlift components to a high standard of functionality and presentation.

What We’re Looking For in a Stairlift Reconditioning Engineer:

*

Previous experience working with stairlifts and their mechanical/electrical components.

*

Confident using IT systems, including Excel or Google Sheets.

*

Familiar with warehouse procedures and stock systems.

*

Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical work approach.

*

A strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed.

*

Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a tidy workspace.
