Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural engineering design projects from concept through to completion.
  • Deliver design solutions across a variety of materials and project types, including reuse and new build.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and contractors to achieve excellence in design and delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to support and guide project development.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to the team's collective expertise.

What They're Looking For

  • Chartered Engineer status with IStructE or ICE (or working towards chartership).
  • Strong experience in structural design across a range of sectors and materials.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and reducing carbon footprints through material choices and reuse of structures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to both clients and colleagues.
