Our client, a well-established and growing multidisciplinary property consultancy, is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team in North London. This role is focused on refurbishment, remediation, and defect analysis of existing buildings – not new builds. The role: Lead structural assessments, defect diagnoses, and remediation designs. Design structural refurbishment and strengthening solutions across a range of materials. Carry out on-site inspections, oversee progress, and ensure compliance with UK building regs and Eurocodes. Produce clear, concise technical reports and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams. Stay up-to-date with new digital tools (Tekla, TEDDS, etc.) and industry best practice.
