Key Responsibilities ·Lead structural engineering design projects from concept through to completion. ·Deliver design solutions across a variety of materials and project types, including reuse and new build. ·Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and contractors to achieve excellence in design and delivery. ·Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to support and guide project development. ·Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to the team's collective expertise.
What They're Looking For ·Chartered Engineer status with IStructE or ICE (or working towards chartership). ·Strong experience in structural design across a range of sectors and materials. ·Passion for innovation, sustainability, and reducing carbon footprints through material choices and reuse of structures. ·Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. ·A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to both clients and colleagues.
