About the job. National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Structures Engineer to join our Asset Management division within Operations. As a Structures Engineer, you will predominantly assist with the management of our structures by identifying asset needs and producing/reviewing risk management plans.?The role will also entail elements of project management, like managing budgets and to an extent the supply chain to achieve our goals of maintaining our assets in line with our DMRB standards. The Structures Engineer may also spend time developing treatment options and undertaking preliminary design work, or else undertaking structural reviews and assessment works for structures, while assuring adherence to defined asset policies and standards. This role can be based?from?either our Wakefield, Darlington or Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.
