Supplier Quality Engineer – 12-Month Contract Lincoln, UK | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week) Energy Sector

Join a leading engineering organisation supporting a major global energy client (a key player in the turbine and power generation space). We're looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to support a high-impact project within their Small Gas Turbine (SGT) business.

What You’ll Do:

Manage supplier quality for blades and vanes (BV), including non-conformance investigation, containment, and resolution

*

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and RCA

*

Support Product & Process Qualification (PPQ) activities

*

Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

What We’re Looking For:

*

Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or R&D (degree or equivalent experience)

*

Experience in turbine components, castings, coatings, or precision machining

*

Solid knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, ISO 9001, GD&T)

*

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach

*

Willingness to travel if required
