What you'll be doing Apply ex-operator knowledge to assess and analyse system designs, diagrams, and data, ensuring technical accuracy and robust maintenance outputs. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to colleagues across the engineering team. Support stakeholder engagement and contribute to collaborative working groups for maintenance design. Estimate scope, resources, and costs to support bids, proposals, and project planning. Ensure all work aligns with Quality and SH&E Management Systems.
