Job Title: Support Engineer

Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 per annum + Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

• Visit Customer sites to conduct investigations and repairs on company and third-party equipment
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Review customer returns to ascertain the level of repairs required
• Advise colleagues and management of findings, repair work and operational status of equipment, and perform actions to repair and test items which will allow their return to service
• Support the installation and commissioning of equipment at the Customer\'s facility, whether in the UK or Overseas
• Provide technical support of legacy and newly introduced training equipment

Experience/Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualification
• Competency in both hardware and software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes

Candidates who are currently a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Engineering Support Engineer or Service Technician could be suitable for this role.
