Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success.Deliver high-quality surface geometry models for CFD, Wind Tunnel and full-size releaseWork closely with Aerodynamicists to understand the definition and scope of assigned surfaces, including modeling and construction approachLiaise with model designers to ensure efficient implementation of assigned aerodynamic projectsSupport with the release of aero surface geometry to the full-size car design officeLiaise with full-size car designers to create high-quality surface geometry for full-size releaseSupport the implementation of standard design practicesRequirementsDriven by high performanceWhat do you need to bring to the team?A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering / Design / Motorsport) or equivalentRelevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industryExcellent experience in with 3D CAD software (preferably 3DExperience/CATIA)Strong knowledge and understanding of surface quality, model layout and robustness, as well as a good level of understanding of surfacing and parametric modeling techniquesDemonstrate excellent interpersonal skillsAble to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errorsClear and concise communication, verbally and written, including with key stakeholders and directorsStrong levels of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPointPositively contribute to an open and inclusive cultureA team like no other.The Cadillac Formula 1 Team challenges conventions and redefines success through bold ambition, cutting-edge innovation, and an unwavering commitment to precision and excellence—on and off the track.
