Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for an SVO Attributes Integration Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour. This role will aim to enhance the customer experience through the design, development, measurement and balance of customer attributes for our client's vehicles. You will co-ordinate the SVO and Core Attribute teams to set and ensure target compatibility with programme content across multiple SVO vehicle programmes. You will be taking responsibility for tracking completion of all attribute activities from KO through to J1. You'll support the creation of Attribute targets through PALS, Benchmarking and SOI then tracking delivery through Panel Chart management. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Support competitor and comparator. Attribute benchmarking and futuring. Including, physical / virtual testing, measurement and visual assessments as required. Co-ordinate benchmark vehicle requests, hires or purchases with competitor vehicles.
