Copello are supporting a leading global regulatory consultancy in their search to find a Systems Engineer. We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join a dynamic and forward thinking team working at the forefront of defence innovation. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in MOD programmes across the CADMID cycle and in a number of domains, providing expert consultation to design, develop, and integrate complex systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, from concept through to delivery. Engage with stakeholders to capture and manage requirements. Develop system architectures, design solutions, and conduct trade studies. Perform systems integration, verification, and validation. Provide technical insight and independent advice to guide critical decision-making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various domains.
About You: Proven experience in systems engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MOD standards, systems lifecycle processes, and defence acquisition frameworks (e.g., CADMID/CADMIT). Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and relevant tools (e.g., DOORS, Enterprise Architect). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
